Mr Pascal Etcheber is a graduate in philosophy from Exeter University in the UK who has worked as a management consultant in many European countries, in North America and South Africa, before joining his present company HCA in 1995. He co-edited "Managing Sensitive Projects", published by Macmillan in 1998. HCA is a firm that has managed over 200 mobilisation processes in seven countries to help projects facing opposition or inertia. |
