Mr Bernard Lubot is Assistant to the Cogema Group’s Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since 1995. He is responsible for management of treasury and financing operations of the group and corporate finance activities. He joined Cogema in 1990 as Director of Treasury Operations. In 1994 he moved to SGN, the industrial engineering and services subsidiary of Cogema, as Director of Business Planning. He began his career in 1973 with the French subsidiary of British Petroleum, where he assumed various responsibilities in the Financial Branch, first in charge of information systems, oil business control and corporate planning, then becoming Head of Business Management Control and Head of Treasury. He graduated in chemical engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques and received a degree in finance and economics from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Pétroles. |
