Kevin R O'Sullivan
Mr Kevin R O’Sullivan is a Vice President with the US consulting firm of Utility Resources Associates Corporation. He entered the nuclear industry in 1976 with Nuclear Associates International and also worked at TRW Energy Systems and the US Department of Energy Office of Electric Energy Systems. He joined Pacific Gas & Electric Company in 1981 to manage a project for data collection and estimation of system level electricity losses by voltage level, functional class and time-of-use pricing period, for an electricity rate case. He was a senior analyst in the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Generation Business Unit with fuel supply purchasing and business planning responsibilities. In 1993, he joined Utility Resource Associates as a consultant and continues to provide commercial, technical and accounting support in the areas of nuclear fuel management and business planning to reactor operating companies and private fuel supply companies in the US and internationally. Mr O’Sullivan received both his AB and MS degrees in economics from the University of Illinois.
