Mr Milton B Whitfield

Mr Milton B Whitfield is a partner in the global large firm of Shaw, Pittman, Potts and Trowbridge, with offices in Washington DC, New York, Los Angeles, California and London. Besides a law degree from Georgetown University, Mr Whitfield has an MBA with honours and two engineering degrees, both summa cum laude. He has practised law in Washington for more than twenty years and served previously as assistant to Admiral Rickover, Director of the Naval Reactor Nuclear Power Program. He has been involved with electricity competitiveness since before the original FERC order was issued. He has written a number of papers on this topic and been a frequent speaker at nuclear industry groups.
