Mr Mark Whitwill has over 20 years of experience in the power industry, more than 15 years of which have been spent in the nuclear sector. He has managed NAC's market analysis, database and consulting activities for customers throughout Europe. His consulting expertise is applied to all nuclear fuel cycle sectors, with a special focus on front-end market, procurement and trading issues. He has also been involved in assisting utilities in developing and implementing procurement strategies for uranium and enrichment services, and in the area of competitive tender evaluation. He has recently co-authored studies for Financial Times Energy on utility deregulation and environmental mitigation. |
