Sheila
Hutchison joined HM Nuclear Installations Inspectorate (NII), Health and
Safety Executive in 1995. This followed a career in the nuclear industry
working in the Royal Dockyards and as a Principal Inspector in the then
HM Industrial Pollutions Inspectorate (now subsumed into the Scottish Environment
Protection Agency, SEPA). During her career in NII she has been site inspector
at a number of nuclear licensed sites undertaking decommissioning activities.
Most recently she has been a member of the NII's BNFL Sellafield inspection
team and Drigg site inspector. She has now moved to NII's radioactive waste
and decommissioning strategy unit. |
