Dr Peter
Walkden graduated from the University of Manchester in 1981 as a Ph.D. in
Chemical Metallurgy. A Chartered Engineer, he initially worked in both the
US and EU nuclear and aerospace markets for Rolls Royce and other international
companies as both a project manager and product manager. Peter Walkden joined
BNFL in 1993, and since that time has been a manager within the company
developing waste management and decommissioning business. Most recently
he has been particularly involved in developing BNFL's capability in the
reactor decommissioning market in Europe and America. |
