Dr. Klaus Scheuerer

Dr Klaus Scheuerer is Representative of the BMW AG Board for Traffic and Environment. He graduated in 1983, from the Munich Technical University, Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing). From 1984 to 1987 he worked as Scientific Assistant at the Institute of Flight Propulsion, Munich Technical University and was awarded a Doctorate. Since August 1986 he has worked at BMW AG, initially (to 1988) as a Trainee, and then in Central Project Coordination and the Department for Computer Aided Engineering and Vehicle Configuration. From 1995 to 2002 he worked in the Department for Product Planning and since April 2002 he has been Representative of the Board for Traffic and Environment. He is a Member of the DVR commission on automotive engineering.
