Clark Beyer is Principal of Global Fuel Solutions, a company that offers strategic marketing and consulting services for energy companies worldwide. In this capacity he is a Consultant to UxC, where he assists with international marketing and contributes to conversion and enrichment studies. He is also North American Representative for Energy Resources of Australia, Ltd. Previously, as a Principal of Ux West, Mr. Beyer conducted consulting and brokerage activities in association with the Ux companies. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President of Global Nuclear Services and Supply Limited (GNSS) in Washington D.C., where he was responsible for marketing Russian U3O8, UF6, and enrichment services in North America and to various customers in Europe and Asia. This included sales made under the U.S.-Russia Suspension Agreements, the matched-sale program, and the HEU feed quota. He began his career in the nuclear industry in 1984 with Nuexco, first as Associate Editor of the Nuexco Monthly Report, then in various positions with Nuexco Trading Corporation, including Vice President in charge of the company's Trading Desk from 1988 to 1991. Thereafter he was based in London, marketing nuclear fuel throughout Europe and developing new business opportunities in Russia and the CIS.
Mr. Beyer holds a bachelor's degree from Stanford University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
