Biography of Jeff Combs

Mr Combs is President of the Ux Consulting Company and has over 30 years of experience providing economic analysis of the front-end of the nuclear fuel cycle. Prior to joining UxC in 1994, Mr Combs was Senior Economist at Science Applications International Corporation. In 1973 Mr Combs earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Virginia , where he also completed his doctoral course work in Economics in 1975. He is a charter member of the International Association of Energy Economics and has written and presented numerous papers on nuclear fuel market issues.
