Mr Goodnight is a recognised industry expert on personnel issues in the nuclear power industry. He has been a consultant for twenty-two years, and provided counsel to senior management at over fifty nuclear plants in North America, Europe and Africa . The engagements included strategic planning, workforce planning, organisational realignment and process evaluation and improvement.
Mr Goodnight previously served as Principle at Tim D Martin & Associates, Vice President at Orion Research and Senior Technical Staff Member at BDM Federal.
Mr Goodnight has a Masters degree in Computer Systems Management and a Bachelors degree in Government and Politics.
