Mr Lacy is President and Founder of Lacy Consulting, LLC, specialising in independent nuclear expertise for investors.
Mr Lacy's prior experience with Alliant Energy included positions of increasing management responsibility for plant regulatory affairs, maintenance, refuelling outages, engineering, nuclear fuel, business, government affairs, support for two corporate mergers, creation of a nuclear operating company and all aspects of Alliant Energy's investment in the Duane Energy Center, including its sale to a new owner.
Prior to Alliant Energy, MR Lacy was a regulatory affairs and strategic planning consultant with S Levy Inc.
Mr Lacy received his degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is active in nuclear industry affairs and is a recognised speaker and writer.
