Jeff Combs

Jeff Combs is President of the Ux Consulting Company (UxC), a worldwide consultancy dealing with nuclear market and policy matters and a leading provider of nuclear fuel market and price information. Earlier in 2007, UxC entered into an arrangement with the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) to develop and introduce a uranium futures contract to the international marketplace.

A widely quoted and internationally recognized expert on the nuclear fuel market, Mr Combs has over 32 years of experience providing economic analyses of the market, and has published and presented a number of papers on a variety of market issues. Prior to the formation of UxC in 1994, he was Senior Economist at Science Application International Corporation. In 1973, Mr. Combs earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Virginia, where he completed his doctoral course in Economics in 1975. He is a charter member of the International Association for Energy Economics.
