Paul Felten

Paul Felten has a background in mechanical engineering. He is a graduate of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in Lyons. He also has a postgraduate degree in fluid mechanics from the University of Marseilles.

Before joining Framatome, he held a variety of positions at the French Atomic Energy Commission, during which time he spent several years in the United States and Japan. He was then appointed Deputy Director for International Affairs at the French Atomic Energy Commission.

In 1992 he joined Framatome's international division and in 1994 was appointed Delegate General for China, based in Beijing. In 2001, he became Vice President, Marketing, at Framatome ANP with special responsibility for China.

In September 2001 he was appointed Senior Vice President, International Affairs, at AREVA. Since March 2003, he has been Senior Vice President Sales Development and Marketing at AREVA NP, in charge of operations worldwide.
