Stan Frost
Stan Frost is an engineer and health physicist. Formerly Vice President, Environment and Safety at Cameco, he is now retired.
His 36 years in the Canadian uranium industry included work in mining, refining, fuel fabrication and waste management, chiefly in the areas of radiation protection, environmental protection and safety. He has acted as a consultant to the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission and its predecessor, the Atomic Energy Control Board, and continues to serve on the Saskatchewan Radiation Health and Safety Committee. He is an honorary member of the WNA. He worked on the original Eldorado epidemiology in the 1980s and has been the prime mover in the current study update.
