Milt Caplan has more than 25 years senior experience in the nuclear industry, primarily in the areas of project development, strategy formulation, business model development, economic assessment, project financing and contract negotiation.  He has a very keen interest in issues related to the overall competitiveness of nuclear projects, and how deals will have to be structured to manage the risks.
