JACK FULLER
Jack Fuller was named President and Chief Executive Officer of GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy, headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina, in February 2008. He has over 30 years of experience with GE.
Mr. Fuller joined GE in 1972 with Aircraft’s Finance division. Since that time he has served in many roles, ranging from senior management, general management, project management, business development, finance and controllership, information technology, sourcing, subcontract management, logistics and manufacturing.
Mr. Fuller joined GE Energy’s nuclear business as Chief Financial Officer in 1995 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Global Nuclear Fuel business in 2000, upon the formation of the GE, Hitachi and Toshiba joint venture company.
His business development, business integration expertise, and extensive global experience in Asia and Western Europe are just a few examples of his broad range of leadership talents.
Mr. Fuller considers community involvement as not only a prized corporate value but also an investment in GE’s vision for the future. He serves as the Vice Chairman on the local New Hanover County Medical Hospital board and encourages his employees to take part in volunteer programs such as tutoring in schools, donating to food banks and participating in community-service events.
Jack Fuller is a native of Ohio and earned a BA in Aeronautics/Mathematics from Miami University. He and his wife Pam have two grown children. In his free time Jack enjoys golf and boating along the East Coast of the United States.
