ALEXANDER LOKSHIN

In July 2008 Alexander Lokshin was appointed Deputy Director General of the State Corporation for Atomic Energy “Rosatom”.  From 2003 to 2008 he was Deputy Director General and Director of the Smolensk NPP subsidiary of Rosenergoatom Concern, First Deputy Director General of Rosenergoatom Concern and Acting Director General of the Concern “Rosenergoatom”.

From 1998 to 2003 Mr. Loskin was First Deputy Director for Marketing, Economics and Commercial Activities and Acting Director of Smolensk NPP, Minatom оf Russia.

He is a graduate of the Leningard Technical Institute and has been honoured as “Distinguished Power Engineering Expert of the Russian Federation”.
