PAUL ADLER

Paul Adler is the Chief Executive Officer of KorteQ Limited, a consulting and training firm focused on effective knowledge transfer. Since founding the company in 2005, he has built a team to serve complex engineering organizations including many in the nuclear sector, as well as aerospace, defence, regulators, service organizations and contractors. In addition to his client work, he leads KorteQ’s ongoing programme of research into performance improvement and accelerated learning, in partnership with Oxford University.

He originally graduated with a First Class Honours degree in physics from Oxford University, and gained a postgraduate Management Diploma at Manchester. He built his career in engineering, supply chain and IT-based roles within the aerospace/automotive sectors before moving into management consultancy rising to serve as a Partner at Accenture, with a global client base including Volvo-Construction, Samsung, BAe Systems and Rolls-Royce plc.
