KLAUS LOHREY

Klaus Lohrey is Managing Director of NUKEM GmbH, headquartered in Alzenau, Germany. He has almost 25 years of experience with NUKEM.

After graduating from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences as a chemical engineer, Mr Lohrey worked for 8 years in research and development before joining NUKEM in 1985 as Project Manager at its then operational chemical process plant.

In 1989 he moved to NUKEM’s Fuel Cycle Services Division. Mr Lohrey became Head of the Uranium Trading Department in 1996 and was promoted to Director of NUKEM’s Fuel Services Division in 2005. On 1 April 2009, Klaus Lohrey was appointed Managing Director of NUKEM GmbH.
