STEPHEN VAUGHAN

Stephen Vaughan is Vice Chairman of European Utilities at Rothschild, where he has worked for 22 years advising on mergers and acquisitions. At Rothschild he has advised on more than 50 utilities transactions in 20 countries. In the nuclear field, his team has advised on many of the landmark transactions including British Energy sale to EDF, BNFL sale of Westinghouse, Constellation sale to EDF. Prior to Rothschild, he worked for six years as a nuclear engineer. He graduated in physics from Oxford University.
