Statement from the Director General of World Nuclear Association

The conflict in the Middle East is having significant global impacts, prompting a number of governments to introduce policy measures to manage the consequences of the crisis. In this context, the Office of the President of the Philippines has declared a National Energy Emergency. 

In close coordination with the Philippine Department of Energy and ASEAN partners, World Nuclear Association has decided to reschedule the World Nuclear Supply Chain Conference 2026 (WNSC 2026) to 20–21 October 2026, in order to ensure full participation from national, regional and international stakeholders. 

The event venue, format and programme will remain unchanged. All existing registrations will automatically be transferred to the new dates.
